Young Researchers Award 

Globalmeetx is proud to announce the Young Researchers Award, a prestigious recognition of the exceptional achievements and promising contributions of emerging professionals in the fields of women’s health, breast cancer, reproductive medicine, and related disciplines.

This award will be presented at the upcoming International Conference on Women’s Health and Breast Cancer, taking place in Dubai, UAE. It provides a unique platform for young scientists, postgraduate and master’s students, PhD scholars, and early-career researchers to showcase their innovations, research insights, and dedication to improving outcomes in women’s health.

Eligibility

The award is open to:

• Postgraduate/Master's Students
• Junior Scientists and Young Faculty Members
• Ph.D. Scholars and Postdoctoral Researchers

Awardees will receive:

• Official recognition as a Young Research Fellow (YRF) Awardee
• Certificate of Achievement and commemorative memento

Evaluation Criteria

All accepted abstracts submitted by eligible participants are automatically considered. Winners will be selected based on:

• Originality and relevance of research to women’s health and oncology
• Scientific rigor, methodology, and evidence base
• Innovation in approach or findings
• Presentation clarity, engagement, and delivery
• Visuals, structure, and overall impression
• Judging will occur on-site during the conference by an expert panel.

Submission Guidelines

• Submissions must be in English
• Research must align with the scientific themes of the conference
• Each participant may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts

Abstracts must follow the official conference template and include:

• Title
• Author name(s)
• Affiliation
• Country
• Speaker biography
• Recent photo
• References
• Use Times New Roman, font size 12

Conditions of Acceptance

Awardees are required to submit their final presentation for official publication on the Globalmeetx website, accompanied by written consent. Failure to comply within the designated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the award.

Award Announcements

Award winners will be officially announced at the conclusion of the conference in Dubai and will be featured on Globalmeetx promotional channels.
