• 3.Registration Deadlines: Please note the registration deadlines (Early Bird, Normal, and Final) as specified. Early registration allows you to take advantage of the Early Bird discount.

Registration Process:

• Access the Portal:Visit the registration portal and fill out the online form.
• Payment Gateway:Select your preferred currency (EUR, USD, or GBP).
• Category Selection:Choose the category that best applies to you (Academic, Industry/Business, Student, etc.).
1. Registration Fee:
   • Select the registration type (Speaker, Delegate, Poster, etc.).
   • Indicate the number of attendees.
   • The corresponding fee will be automatically calculated based on your selection and the applicable registration deadline.
2. Optional Add-Ons:If desired, include add-ons such as E-Poster, Accompanying Person, or Accommodation (one, two, or three nights).
3. Sponsor Registration: If applicable, select the Sponsor option and choose your sponsorship tier (Platinum, Gold, or Silver).
4. Billing & Shipping Information:
   • Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
   • Ensure accurate billing information is provided.
   • If shipping details match billing information, use the "Copy Billing Information" option for convenience.
5. Terms & Conditions: Carefully review and agree to the Terms & Conditions before proceeding.
6. Verification: Once all sections are completed, click "Next" to verify your details and finalize your registration.
7. Confirmation Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Refer to this email for further instructions or contact support@globalmeetx.net for assistance.
