Payments & Registration

To confirm webinar bookings, participants must complete full payment before the event. All registrations are processed exclusively through our official payment gateway or authorized partners. Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation email with a receipt and transaction details.

Early Bird Registration

Participants must complete their payment on or before the deadline stated on the registration page to qualify for early bird discounts.

Comprehensive registration details can be found on the respective webinar registration pages. Pricing is subject to change based on availability and currency fluctuations; therefore, early registration is strongly encouraged.

Cancellation, Registration Transfer and Postponement

  • Webinar Postponement:- In the event of a webinar postponement, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to another Globalmeetx webinar within one year. If you are unable to attend the scheduled webinar, you may request to reschedule your participation to a future session, subject to availability and approval.

    Refund processing takes approximately 5-7 working days from the date of initiation. A 20% deduction will be applied to cover gateway, transaction, and service charges.

  • Partial Payments:- Token amounts or partial payments are non-refundable until full payment is completed.
  • Cancellation:- If the Globalmeetx webinar is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund within a specified timeframe. We will process refunds promptly and notify participants of the reimbursement timeline.Or registrants will have the option to attend the next scheduled webinar at no extra cost.The organizers reserve the right to cancel the Globalmeetx webinar and will inform registered participants in a timely manner.
  • Registration Transfer:- If you wish to transfer your registration to another individual, please contact us with the relevant details before the webinar starts.
