If a registered participant is unable to attend, the following refund policy applies:
Refund processing takes approximately 5-7 working days from the date of initiation. A 20% deduction will be applied to cover gateway, transaction, and service charges, as well as advance payments for logistical arrangements such as hotel bookings, printing, and shipping.
Accommodation Refunds: Each hotel has its own cancellation policies, and refunds are typically available at least 30 days before the event. Participants should contact us well in advance for accommodation-related cancellations to avoid non-refundable deductions.
